Do credits roll over?+

Credits reset each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. Plan accordingly or upgrade if you need more.

Can I buy extra credits?+

Yes — one-time credit top-ups are available in your dashboard. The Starter one-time pack gives 150 credits for a one-off fee.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?+

VAS scanning is always free. Paid plans don't have a trial period, but you can start with the Starter plan and upgrade at any time.

Can I cancel any time?+

Yes — cancel from your account settings at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. No lock-in contracts.

What payment methods do you accept?+

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We plan to add PayPal in a future update.
