These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Letnexus services operated by Letnexus LLC. By using Letnexus, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Letnexus provides AI-powered Amazon listing visual analysis and image generation tools, including Visual Authority Score (VAS) scanning, RUFUS gap analysis, blueprint generation, AI image generation, and video generation. The service is provided on a subscription and credit-based basis.
You must create an account to access paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.
You agree to use Letnexus only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Letnexus operates on a credit system for paid features. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. VAS scans are free and unlimited across all plans. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
AI-generated content (images, blueprints, scores, video) is provided for assistance purposes only and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated outputs before using them on Amazon or elsewhere. Letnexus does not guarantee that generated images will comply with Amazon's listing policies — this is your responsibility to verify.
You retain ownership of the product photos you upload. AI-generated images produced using your reference photos are licensed to you for commercial use. Letnexus retains rights to the platform, algorithms, scoring methodologies, and underlying technology.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Letnexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: lost revenue, lost profits, changes to your Amazon ranking, account suspension by Amazon, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated content.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Letnexus in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Letnexus is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
You may terminate your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease at the end of the current billing period.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Letnexus after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Letnexus LLC is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
